Terms of Service
Effective September 21, 2026. These terms cover use of Ecom Pros CRM ("the Service") by a merchant ("you") and are provided by Ecom Pros LLC.
The Service
Ecom Pros CRM is a workspace that connects to your Shopify store and other tools you choose to connect, to help you run sales, support and fulfillment. The Shopify app is free to install; the CRM itself requires an Ecom Pros subscription, billed by Ecom Pros outside of Shopify.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping credentials safe, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You may disconnect or uninstall at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to data afterwards.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for your own business, within Shopify's terms and applicable law, including consumer-messaging rules. Do not attempt to access other merchants' data or to interfere with the Service.
AI-assisted features
Drafts, summaries and suggestions produced by AI are aids. You review and decide before anything is sent to a customer or vendor. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI output.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ecom Pros LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the CRM. Either side may end the relationship at any time. Questions: [email protected].
Ecom Pros Site Chat (Shopify app)
Last updated 2026-09-25. These terms apply when a merchant ("you") installs Ecom Pros Site Chat ("Site Chat") from Shopify. Site Chat is provided by Ecom Pros LLC, Georgia, USA. Plans are billed by Shopify. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
Using Site Chat
Use Site Chat only for your own store, within Shopify's terms and applicable law, including consumer messaging and privacy law. You are responsible for your staff's use of the app and for what they send to shoppers, including AI drafts they choose to send. AI drafts are suggestions that you review before sending; we are not liable for decisions made on them.
Your storefront privacy notice
You are responsible for telling your shoppers, in your store's privacy policy, that your store uses a live chat service which collects the information they type into it and their browsing and cart activity during the chat, and that Ecom Pros processes it on your behalf.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but Site Chat is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ecom Pros LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Site Chat in the previous three months. Georgia law applies.
Data Processing Addendum
This addendum is part of these terms and applies to personal data Site Chat processes for you.
1. Roles. You are the controller of your shoppers' personal data. Ecom Pros LLC is your processor.
2. Instructions. We process personal data only on your documented instructions (your use and configuration of Site Chat) and only to provide, secure and support Site Chat. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or combine it with other merchants' data.
3. Data and purposes. The categories of data, the purposes and the retention periods are the ones described in the Site Chat section of our Privacy Policy.
4. Confidentiality. Everyone at Ecom Pros who can access personal data is bound by confidentiality and accesses it only when needed to provide the service or support.
5. Subprocessors. You authorize these subprocessors: Supabase (hosting and database), Cloudflare (network), Anthropic (AI drafts), Google (email delivery). We bind each by written terms at least as protective as this addendum, remain responsible for them, and will list any change on this page before it takes effect.
6. Security. We keep appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of Shopify tokens, per-store data isolation, verified Shopify webhooks and least-privilege access.
7. Breach notification. We notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
8. Data subject requests. We help you respond to requests from your shoppers (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability) and we honor the customer data requests and redactions Shopify sends us.
9. Deletion. When you uninstall Site Chat, all of your store's Site Chat data is deleted within 48 hours of Shopify's shop redact request. Otherwise chat data is deleted 24 months after it was created or last active.
10. Assistance and records. We give you the information reasonably needed to show compliance with this addendum and help with impact assessments where required. Questions: [email protected].
Ecom Pros Mega Menu terms
Effective 2026-10-18. These terms cover Ecom Pros Mega Menu, provided by Ecom Pros LLC.
Plans and billing
Mega Menu has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice at the price shown on the App Store listing, after a 7-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan, or uninstall, at any time from Shopify admin; Shopify handles proration and refunds under its billing rules.
Your store
Mega Menu changes how your store's header and menus look. You are responsible for the links, products, text and images you put in it. Turning the app off in your theme editor or uninstalling it restores your theme's own header.

Ecom Pros Add-Ons terms
Effective 2026-10-19. These terms cover Ecom Pros Add-Ons, provided by Ecom Pros LLC.
Plans and billing
Add-Ons has a Free plan (add-ons on one product) and a Pro plan (every product). Pro is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice at the price shown on the App Store listing, after a 7-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan, or uninstall, at any time from Shopify admin; Shopify handles proration and refunds under its billing rules.
Your store
Add-Ons shows the products you choose next to your product pages and adds them to your cart. You are responsible for the products, prices, matching rules and text you set. Removing the app block or uninstalling the app removes the panel from your store.

Plans and billing
Plans and prices are shown on the App Store listing. Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan, or uninstall, at any time from Shopify admin; Shopify handles proration and refunds under its billing rules.
Your store
Cart Drawer shows your store's cart in a slide-out panel, with the add-ons, discount box and checkout buttons you set. You are responsible for the products, prices, add-on rules and text you set. Turning off the app embed or uninstalling the app returns your store to your theme's own cart.
